If you want to own your own stuff and not be held hostage to IDX fees, Web Providers, PPC budget, and management costs, this is for you. If you want to beat or compete with Zillow, Realtor.com, LuxuryPresence, Real Estate Webmasters, Sierra Interactive, Inside Real Estate, RealGeeks ( who I use and love) and the list goes on, remember this, you don’t own your stuff, you are leasing it from them, you are basically paying extra $$ LEASING RIMS ON A CAR YOU ARE LEASING. I know, cause I’ve done most of it.
As you can see, if I can outrank Zillow or put you next to Zilllow, which charges 35-40% referral fees, then my system seems pretty fair. This is sort of like real estate, a negotiation. Pricing is pretty straightforward, but I prefer long-term big projects, like making 50-100 websites in an area that covers its core territory and feeder markets nearby for backup.
